Job Description
- The editors will be responsible for developing, planning and managing CBE projects that achieve market approval to meet the strategic objectives of EAEP.
- The editors will be tasked with managing a number of titles for CBE and general publishing.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education/B.A./BSc. with a major in English, Humanities & Social Sciences, Mathematics, ICT/Computer Studies and sciences.
- The ideal candidate should have at least two years’ experience in handling Junior School or Senior School materials from conceptualisation to CRC.
- Teaching experience, with a proven track record of consistent high performance, will be an added advantage.
- Basic production/design skills will be an added advantage.
- In addition, the individual must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the dynamics of CBE and KICD approval processes.
- The candidate should be competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- They should be able to work independently and in a team to meet strict deadlines.
