 Contract Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Job Description

• The editors will be responsible for developing, planning and managing CBE projects that achieve market approval to meet the strategic objectives of EAEP.
• The editors will be tasked with managing a number of titles for CBE and general publishing.

Required Knowledge and Skills

1. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education/B.A./BSc. with a major in English, Humanities & Social Sciences, Mathematics, ICT/Computer Studies and sciences.
2. The ideal candidate should have at least two years’ experience in handling Junior School or Senior School materials from conceptualisation to CRC.
3. Teaching experience, with a proven track record of consistent high performance, will be an added advantage.
4. Basic production/design skills will be an added advantage.
5. In addition, the individual must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the dynamics of CBE and KICD approval processes.
6. The candidate should be competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
7. They should be able to work independently and in a team to meet strict deadlines.
